Shipping Policy for Curly Lovers LLC

 

At Curly Lovers LLC, we are thrilled to offer our high-quality shipping services to meet your needs. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping policy:

 

Order Processing:

 

  • We accept orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received, with the exception of express shipping requests, which receive priority to meet delivery deadlines.
  • All orders are shipped from our offices in Orlando, Florida, or Puerto Rico, using the methods established by USPS.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Orders will be shipped within a period of 7 to 10 business days after the order is placed and payment is received.
  • Orders confirmed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on Mondays or the next business day and will be shipped within 1 to 3 days. USPS generally does not make weekend deliveries.
  • During the holiday season, the shipping process may be extended from 10 to 15 business days after payment is received due to the high volume of orders.
  • In cases of contingencies, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or situations beyond our control, the delivery period may be extended from 10 to 15 business days after payment is received.

International Shipments:

International shipments may take up to 20 business days to reach their destination and may experience additional delays due to customs procedures.

Free Shipping:

Any promotion that includes free shipping is valid only for deliveries within the territory of the United States.

Shipping Addresses:

  • Currently, we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
  • Orders with shipping addresses different from billing addresses may be subject to review, which could delay the shipping time. We do not guarantee express shipping when an order is held for review.

USPS Non-Business Days:

 

  • Our non-business days for USPS are as follows:

Lost Packages:

If the postal service shows that the shipment was delivered to the provided address but is not found, the customer should request clarification from the nearest postal office. We will not be responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if they were delivered to the correct address or if the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates and Destinations:

All packages will be sent through the United States Postal Services (USPS).

For shipments to the United States territory, this includes Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Rates for shipments to Canada, Australia, Mexico, and the United Kingdom are in U.S. dollars.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Duties and Taxes:

Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes, as well as any other fees that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These fees can vary depending on the product and the country of manufacture. Duties are non-refundable. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Package Tracking:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to track their package once it has been shipped. We will provide you with the tracking number via SMS or email.
  • International orders shipped by USPS will be delivered by affiliated local offices. To track your package, simply visit usps.com.

Rejected Packages:

 

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is rejected, you will be responsible for the following costs:

  • Shipping and return expenses.
  • Additional customs duties, taxes, and charges that arise from the delivery or return will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund for your merchandise.
