Curly Lovers

Curly Lovers was born in 2017 after identifying the need of women with curly hair to find natural products specialized in the care of their hair, born from the desire to promote and highlight the characteristics that make women a special and harmonious being.

That's why its founders, Susi and Laura, convey a resounding message of self-love, self-esteem, and personal care to their Curly Lovers community, offering natural products such as gels, hair regenerators, and masks that provide nutrition, hydration, shine, and hair regeneration.

This is a business venture, but Curly Lovers has really been a process of acceptance for Susi and Laura.

In 2005, at the age of 15, Susi suffered a hair straightening treatment with caustic soda, which caused her to lose hair. At that point, she began a marathon to recover her hair.

She was questioned, judged, and rejected in her social circles because of her appearance before and after this straightening treatment, all because of the appearance of her hair alone. After much mourning, as a teenager, Susi decided to make a living with products she made at home, and they truly saved her life.

Just a year after this episode, she was able to show off her beautiful curls and, most importantly, had a self-loving smile and felt like a diva. From that moment on, Susi was unstoppable. She spread her self-esteem to her sister and family, studied Financial Engineering, and throughout college, had a mane of hair that stood out from everyone else.

In 2017, Susi and her sister decided to share these beauty secrets with everyone. Most importantly, Laura and Susi, since the birth of Curly Lovers, have promoted the respect, self-esteem, confidence, and attitude that women deserve in a society that still judges people by the appearance of their hair.
