• To do a deep cleanse (detox): Apply a small amount of shampoo to the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to activate the product. Then, massage into your hair roots for 30 seconds to a minute, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Immediately apply a conditioner, leave for three to five minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

• For daily cleansing: Wash your hair using the ASA technique. Apply conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends. Without rinsing, apply shampoo to the roots, massage, and rinse. Then apply conditioner again. Finally, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Make sure there is no shampoo residue left. This technique achieves healthy, split-free ends. Your hair is left super soft and clean.
